Legal
Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NetV3 website, platform, applications, tools, registries, deployment services, and related services operated by NetV3 LLC ("NetV3", "we", "our", or "us").
By accessing or using NetV3, creating an account, registering a project or digital asset, deploying a smart contract, or using any related service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use NetV3.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use NetV3.
By using the platform, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You have the legal authority to accept these Terms.
- Your use of NetV3 does not violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, or contractual obligation.
- You are not prohibited from using the platform under applicable sanctions, export-control, or financial laws.
2. NetV3 Services
NetV3 provides technology and infrastructure that may allow users to:
- Create and register digital assets.
- Create and publish projects.
- Generate deterministic token icons and Icon DNA.
- Generate Digital Asset Contract records.
- Connect verified public wallet addresses.
- Prepare and deploy blockchain smart contracts.
- View public project and deployment records.
- Connect digital assets with independent certificate, verification, marketplace, or commerce services.
NetV3 may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any platform feature at any time.
3. Accounts
Certain services require an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and current account information.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activity performed through your account, whether authorized by you or not.
- Promptly notifying NetV3 of suspected unauthorized access.
You may not transfer, sell, rent, or share your account without written authorization from NetV3.
NetV3 may suspend or restrict an account when we reasonably believe that the account has been compromised, used fraudulently, or used in violation of these Terms.
4. Identity and Wallet Verification
NetV3 may require identity verification, wallet verification, or additional information before enabling certain services, including deployment, payments, project activation, withdrawals, or other regulated or security-sensitive functions.
You agree to provide accurate information and authentic documentation when verification is requested.
Wallet verification confirms control of a public wallet address at the time of verification. It does not guarantee continued control, ownership of assets held by the wallet, or the identity of every person who may later access the wallet.
NetV3 will never request your private key or wallet seed phrase. You must not provide this information to anyone claiming to represent NetV3.
5. Projects and Digital Assets
You are solely responsible for all projects, digital assets, descriptions, documents, images, links, token economics, supply information, pricing information, and other content you create or submit through NetV3.
By submitting a project or digital asset, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal right to create and publish it.
- The information you provide is accurate and not intentionally misleading.
- The project does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other third-party rights.
- The project is not designed to facilitate fraud, theft, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or unlawful activity.
- You have authority to use any wallet, contract, image, document, name, or brand submitted with the project.
Registration on NetV3 does not constitute government registration, regulatory approval, investment approval, endorsement, insurance, or a guarantee of legitimacy.
6. Registry Information and Unique Identifiers
NetV3 may assign unique identifiers to projects and digital assets, including project codes, token codes, registry IDs, contract hashes, Icon DNA hashes, deployment codes, and related records.
These identifiers are used to help distinguish records and preserve platform integrity. NetV3 may reject or restrict duplicate or conflicting names, tickers, symbols, token codes, icons, or registry information.
A NetV3 registry record documents information submitted to the platform. It does not independently prove the legality, value, profitability, authenticity, ownership, regulatory status, or investment quality of a project.
7. Blockchain Deployments
Blockchain deployments may create permanent smart contracts and public records on third-party blockchain networks.
Before authorizing deployment, you are responsible for reviewing:
- The token name and symbol.
- Total supply and decimals.
- Owner and receiving wallet addresses.
- The selected blockchain and network.
- Contract parameters and registry identifiers.
- Applicable platform fees and network gas fees.
Once a transaction has been broadcast or confirmed, it may be impossible to cancel, reverse, edit, or recover.
NetV3 does not control third-party blockchain networks, validators, miners, gas prices, network congestion, forks, outages, confirmation times, or protocol changes.
You accept all risks associated with blockchain transactions, including:
- Sending assets to an incorrect address.
- Selecting the wrong network.
- Insufficient gas or network fees.
- Transaction delays or failures.
- Wallet compromise or loss of wallet access.
- Smart-contract vulnerabilities.
- Changes to blockchain protocols or network availability.
8. Deployment and Service Fees
NetV3 may charge fees for external blockchain deployments, premium tools, project services, certifications, transactions, or other platform services.
Fees will be disclosed before payment or authorization whenever reasonably practical.
Platform service fees are separate from blockchain gas fees, payment-processing fees, wallet-provider fees, taxes, or other third-party charges.
Certain NetV3-native deployments or services may be offered without an initial deployment fee. Transactions or related activity through connected services may still be subject to transaction, marketplace, processing, or network fees.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, fees are non-refundable after the applicable service has been performed, a deployment has been prepared, or a blockchain transaction has been broadcast.
9. Prices, Valuations, and Project Values
Prices, project values, backing values, token prices, scores, valuations, and related figures displayed on NetV3 may be based on user-submitted information, mathematical calculations, third-party data, or platform formulas.
These figures are provided for informational and platform administration purposes only.
NetV3 does not guarantee that any displayed value represents:
- Fair market value.
- A price at which an asset can be bought or sold.
- Future value or profitability.
- Available liquidity.
- Independent appraisal or accounting value.
Users are responsible for conducting their own research and obtaining independent legal, financial, tax, and technical advice.
10. No Financial, Investment, Legal, or Tax Advice
NetV3 is a technology platform. Nothing provided through NetV3 constitutes financial, investment, securities, legal, accounting, or tax advice.
NetV3 does not recommend that any person buy, sell, hold, issue, or invest in any token, digital asset, project, security, commodity, or financial product.
You are solely responsible for determining whether your project, token, fundraising activity, deployment, transaction, or use of the platform complies with applicable law.
11. Securities and Regulatory Compliance
Digital assets may be regulated differently depending on their design, purpose, distribution, jurisdiction, and method of sale.
You are solely responsible for determining whether a digital asset or project is subject to securities, commodities, money-transmission, banking, consumer-protection, tax, gambling, crowdfunding, sanctions, or other laws.
NetV3's acceptance, registration, deployment, publication, or certification connection does not represent a legal conclusion that an asset is compliant or exempt from regulation.
12. Third-Party Services
NetV3 may connect to or display services operated by third parties, including:
- Blockchain networks.
- Wallet applications.
- Payment processors.
- Certificate and verification providers.
- Marketplaces and commerce platforms.
- Identity-verification providers.
- Websites, documents, and community platforms.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, fees, and security practices.
NetV3 is not responsible for third-party services, websites, applications, smart contracts, content, transactions, failures, or losses.
13. Certificates and Verification Services
NetV3 may allow digital assets to be submitted to independent certificate or verification providers.
Certificate status, authenticity status, verification results, certificate images, and related records are issued and maintained by the applicable provider.
A certificate does not guarantee:
- Future value or profitability.
- Regulatory approval.
- Legal ownership in every jurisdiction.
- Absence of fraud or future misconduct.
- Security of an underlying smart contract.
- Availability of a market or purchaser.
14. User Content and License
You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to any rights held by third parties.
By submitting content to NetV3, you grant NetV3 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, publish, transmit, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, promote, and improve the platform.
This license includes displaying submitted content in public project records, digital asset pages, deployment records, certificates, share images, search results, and connected services.

- Create misleading, counterfeit, or unauthorized tokens.
- Submit false identity or ownership information.
- Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
- Distribute malware or malicious smart contracts.
- Interfere with platform security or availability.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
- Circumvent platform restrictions, fees, or verification.

16. Intellectual Property
NetV3 and its software, design, branding, interfaces, platform tools, databases, documentation, and original content are owned by NetV3 LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from NetV3 platform materials.
NetV3, related logos, product names, certification references, and platform marks may not be used in a misleading manner or in a way that suggests endorsement without written authorization.
17. Platform Security
You agree not to attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, signature verification, rate limits, duplicate protection, wallet verification, deployment restrictions, or other platform security controls.
NetV3 may log and investigate suspicious activity and may cooperate with service providers or authorities where required by law.
18. Suspension and Termination
NetV3 may suspend, restrict, archive, or terminate access to the platform when we reasonably believe:
- These Terms have been violated.
- An account or project presents a security risk.
- Information is fraudulent or materially misleading.
- Use of the platform may violate applicable law.
- Fees remain unpaid.
- Suspension is necessary to protect users or the platform.
Suspension or termination does not remove blockchain records or transactions that have already been publicly recorded.
19. Availability and Modifications
NetV3 is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or continued availability of any particular feature, blockchain network, or third-party integration.
We may perform maintenance, change technical requirements, replace service providers, update contracts, modify fees, or discontinue features.
20. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetV3 is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
NetV3 disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, security, availability, and compatibility.

This includes losses arising from:
- Loss of tokens, funds, data, profits, or opportunities.

- Blockchain failures, forks, congestion, or gas fees.
- Smart-contract errors or vulnerabilities.
- Third-party services or external websites.
- Project misconduct, fraud, or misrepresentation.
- Suspension, termination, or platform downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetV3's total liability for any claim arising from the platform will not exceed the amount you paid directly to NetV3 for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the six months before the event.
22. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NetV3 LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the platform.
- Your projects, digital assets, or content.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of NetV3 after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
25. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The unenforceable provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
26. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for a specific service, constitute the entire agreement between you and NetV3 regarding your use of the platform.
